Cinnamon & Sugar Bundt Cake

1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp flour
Cinnamon & Sugar mixture (to taste)

Pre Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together.  Grease pan or use Pam, then generously dust pan with cinnamon & sugar.  Spoon about 1/3 of the batter into the pan, then dust with more cinnamon & sugar.  Repeat until cake batter is all in the pan.  End with dusting the top with cinnamon & sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes-- do NOT overcook!
Let cool 5 minutes, then turn over onto cooling rack or serving platter.
